THEN PLAY ON-Fleetwood Mac (1970). Very early version of FM with the great Peter Green, Danny Kirwan and Jeremy Spencer playing the guitars..and all three left the band to join religious cults. Some really good material, but don't expect anything like RUMOURS.

HOW THE WEST WAS WON-Led Zeppelin (2003). Did a long road trip yesterday for work and meeting friends tonight, so a three disc set will help the time go by. So far, very impressed by how tight they were then, but the long jamming gets tiresome, especially on "Whole Lotta Love"...23:08 minutes

Just listened to Manson's newest. Pale Emperor. Its pretty good. I have learned with him that you have to kind of not expect to hear anything in particular. If you take away the fact that he is Manson and just listen for the music, its really good. Its got more of a slow almost jazzy feel to it.
