He better hurry and get all of his Elm St. movies done that he wants to do. He's not getting any younger. I think the franchise has been just about pumped dry, but a prequel might bring some people out to see it. I would.

I think that If they try to make too many more Elm St. Movies they might have to find a new Freddy.

And there is WAY too much potentiel for disaster there.

they definatley shud make a prequel to show how freddy was born they could make two movies out of this definatley showing how he became deranged! not just through the rape of his mother but also the murder of the children that he gets caught for and let off because we only got to breifly touch on that in the epsiode we get to find a little info about it but again it is only touchy.

We get a glimpse of that in Freddy's Nightmares (can't remember which episode but one is dedicated to that). If they do the prequel, yes they must do it fast. There's plenty of time for sequels but they will need a lot of make up to make Englund as young as he needs to be.

I think a prequel would be a nice addition to the movies. It would be a touchy subject though.. Child molesting .. It would have to be done just right .. Y'know?

A good director can make anything just right.

I disagree. It would be a good writer. :p

I was just pointing out that child molesting is a very touchy subject.

I disagree. The director decide what ends up on screen and how it's filmed. I guess you could say its both.
