Transformers 2

May 29, 2008

With production on Transformers 2 already underway, it was being wondered if there would ever be any confirmation on which actors from the first film would be returning for the sequel.

Shia LaBeouf will be back, of course.

And now we know who'll be joining him.

The Hollywood Reporter reveals today that Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro will all be back for another round of Michael Bay-style giant f****** robot action.

Earlier this week, news broke that The Office's Rainn Wilson will have a role as Sam's college professor.

Transformers 2 is now filming in L.A. and will soon move to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, before heading overseas for a final round of location shooting.

Bay is directing the sequel from a script by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, the writers of the first flick, and Ring scribe Ehren Kruger.

Here's hoping that they focus less time on Shia and his hormones, and more on giant robots this time.

I'll be seeing this one, the first was a fun ride although I'm not sold on Shia at all. He seems like a good actor, fairly intelligent, and even seems to be picking good roles. He simply has NO charisma though, he's as bland as dry toast.

Megan Fox -- who is currently reprising her role as Mikaela Banes, the love interest of Shia LaBeouf's Sam Witwicky, in Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen -- has been chatting up the Michael Bay-directed sequel to the 2007 blockbuster.

"As big as the first movie was, this is 10 times as big, 10 times as many set pieces, explosions, and acrobatic stunts," Fox informed MTV Movies Blog.

She also revealed that the script -- by Roberto Orci & Alex Kurtzman and Ehren Kruger -- is being written as they shoot.

"We've been having script meetings, and we've been reworking the script, because they wrote it fast because of the writer's strike," Fox said. "And, we've just been going through and trying to do some character stuff for Shia and myself in the middle of this crazy world that they're in."

Megan Fox seems like a bitch. I'm not saying she is, I know nothing of her personal life. She just looks like she'd be a bitch.
