Ok, at risk of getting shot down in flames, this is how it seems to me-feel free to be sarcastic, opinionated or just plain obnoxious.
There are some really lovely people on here who are intelligent and stimulating to talk to, there are helpful and nurturing people and ther are the ones who just seem to use this forum as a springboard for their own abusive opinions.
Everyone is new at some point, just be a little nicer to us. I asked the mods if there was a mentor type system so I wouldn't make too many cock ups when I started out and was just told to go with it and yep- fucked up a little at first.
I am all for constructive criticism, or general banter, but abuse and attacks on newbie posts is not the best way to make friends and influence people.
So please be nicer. Just cus we are new, doesn't make us brain dead!
