Have to catch up on Altered. Thanks for reminding, Chrono. :)
For lovers of giallo cinema, I have three recommendations - Mario Bava's excellent Blood and Black Lace, The Girl Who Knew Too Much and Kill, Baby... Kill!.
The former one is one of my all-time favs in horror, and both the latters aren't far behind. Awesome cinematography and direction, loads of atmosphere, and great adaptations of the scripts. Neat backgrounds, nice inventive kills and pretty decent characterisations. Overall, solid movie-watching experiences.
