I think the women who look sexy and have "the glow" are the ones who really embrace pregnancy and look forward to bringing a new life into the world...so they naturally radiate a happiness from within :)

You can't look good if you don't care or want the baby that you're carrying....or if you care more about the weight you gained then you do about the baby you're about to have...that's just selfish and ignorant...nothing sexy about that.
