Here's a sad one from a while ago. Sometimes I just write what's on my mind and it doesn't always rhyme, it's just how I feel.
I would die for them
I feel so sad. So many people in pain filled with sorrow and loneliness. So much madness in this world. So many lonely frightened people. So many that just need a hug, or a friend to tell them they matter. Sometimes we just need someone to rinse the dirt away from our knees when we fall to the earth. Help us up. Give us a hug and wipe away the tears and say it's going to be okay. I love you and my heart will shelter you from the rain and give you the strength to fight. I would die for them if to just show them someone cares. No one should ever be without love.
