nah... would never have a girlfriend... women are nuts. i should know, i am one ! ;)
was in a relationship for almost 2 years, and i was never like that. my ex loved soccer, and i only liked it when good teams were playing (real madrid, baby !) but i would sit through it for him, as he would sit through horror movies for me (even though he's not really into them). it worked quite well.
as for your friend arioch, i'd tell him to be careful. i've witnessed a case of a pussywhipped man (my brother) rebelling after years of letting his gf have control and call the shots. it's not a pretty sight.
just imagine someone who's accostumed you to doing whatever the hell you want, and then all of a sudden telling you it can't be that way anymore. would you be happy ? i highly doubt it ! ;)
