Bloof, I find that on the bread thing - switching to less processed/multi/whole grain breads tend to give *me* less of the gluten related downsides.

Yep, I've been looking into spelt sprouted grain or some such type of bread but for now I'm not even craving bread.
Black olives, ham slice, mozzarella cheese and an apple.
