Film Name

Hello,
I am trying to fing out a horror movie name for a film that I watched years and years ago.

Cant remember who is in it but the basic story line was that an american inherited an estate in england and that when she came over people started dying.

One was killed in a swimming pool that would not let her surface and she drowned. One choked to death and another got durned alive !!!!

Does anyone remember the name ?

It sounds like "Dementia 13" an early Francis Ford Coppala movie

thathks for the reply but its not that one. Pretty sure it was an early 80,s late 70,s film.

the person who choked .. was someone watching - powerless to help ..

and the person who drowned .. it was like the water surface turned into a solid cover ?

yes thats correct and sure someone burns to death after the fires shoots out a massive flame.

The Legacy (Richard Marquand/1978).

I like the bit where they were unable to escape the same route around the country roads.
