best line :

"hi, i'm buddy, what's your favorite colour ?'

had the whole movie been that inspired it would have been amazing.

i hate that it had to 'have a message'

Vodstok 06-06-2005 06:27 AM

It had a message?

Oh.. that mustve been why James Caan was a pussy at the end. It was still funny.

Why is it in movies like that, the hero never finds out that their father is a hobo who lives under a bridge? it's always someone rich and important.

"I travelled through the candy land to the candy cane forest. Then i stepped out o fthe lincoln tunnel and found my dad. Puking in a corner and sleeping in his own piss. he was drinking artificial vanilla flavoring for the alchohol. he said it burned less that mouthwash."

"I only wanted to Hug you!" that was pretty funny. Can't Compare to

"Do me on it, Ron!"

i dont know what it is - i just dont like her ... dont find her sexy at all ...

i feel that i should .. i just dont ...

i like watches but i never wear them ... i cant figure that out either ..

Vodstok 06-06-2005 06:57 AM

I cant honestly see hwo anyone could have seen her run at the end of Tomb Raider and not find her at least a little bit sexy.

Although TR did kill a little bit of respect. it was just a bad movie...

i actually have Gia - havent watched it yet ..
i have foxfire too.

i hated both tombraider movies - not only did she not look or act sexy - the movies were boring and childish..

the one time i thought she was a bit appealing was in Pushing Tin..

Vodstok 06-06-2005 07:02 AM

The movie i actually like best with her is the one where she was not at all a sex object, the Bone Collector. (I know, urge hates over-complicated serial killer movies. I dont :p)

over complicated isnt how i'd put it ...

more like - bullshit plots ...the usual 'oh it cant be him' killer .. etc ..

tired hackneyed old bullshit ..

Those are the ones i dont like !

(just like the bone collecter :D)

Vodstok 06-06-2005 07:12 AM

The last flick I watched was Girl, Interrupted. Kind of ironic that you're all talking about Angelina Jolie. It was alright, nothing to rave about. Was entertaining though. Before that I watched Team America: World Police and it was fucking HILARIOUS.

HILARIOUS. :D

hellfire1 06-06-2005 02:44 PM

the rundown. wasn't bored for a minute. surprisingly fun. how icky was that monkey humping the rock's face, lucky bastard ( the monkey, not the rock :p )

AUSTIN316426808 06-06-2005 08:52 PM

Star Wars- 8/10, It's definately the best film of the new trilogy and it would've gotten a 9 but I was kinda ticked that Vader didn't do anything.

Cinderella Man- 9/10, Russell Crowe,Renée Zellweger and Paul Giamatti were great. Obviously it's to early to say but if I were just going on the films that've come out this year up to this point I think they would sweep the acting categories at the oscars.
(I think I might just like films with boxing too much, which would be weird since I'm not that big of a fan)

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants- 61/2 out of 10, It wasn't my choice at all my gf wanted to see it but it turned out to be an ok flick.

alkytrio666 06-06-2005 09:14 PM

House on Haunted Hill (1959)

Very amusing, I really enjoyed it.

Angra 06-06-2005 10:26 PM

"The sisters"

Thai ghost story.

It´s just like all the other asian ghost stories, just R-E-A-L-L-Y bad. And the ghost lady is like farted out of "Shutter".

2/10

DraculaInDallas 06-06-2005 10:27 PM

Cinderella Man

zwoti 06-06-2005 11:42 PM

I watched Eddie Izzard: Dress to kill. I had never seen him before, he was funny as fuck.

urgeok 06-08-2005 05:53 AM

Robin Cook's Invasion.

havent finished yet - i think it was a TV miniseries or something (3 hours long)

so far it's pretty much just invasion of the body snatchers - nothing more.

watchable though - rebecca gayheart is pretty cute ..

Hmmph.... Sounds liek Puppets Masters...

The name reminded me of a great Metallica song/album (mater of Puppets), and the story it was based on was written by Robert A Heinlein, so i thought it might be okay.

I also thought wiring both tongs on a plug together and sticking it into the wall was a good idea when i was a kid. i was wrong twice.

urgeok 06-08-2005 06:11 AM

there are about 30 space conspirace movies - all pretty much the same ..

almost every western is exactly the same ...

all teen comedy romance movies are basically the same ..

i dont care anymore - as long as they are performed well ..
