The Rundown. For some reason that I don't quite understand I have watched this movie several times. If it is on, I am watching it. I think that movie has subliminal messages that makes me keep coming back.

I saw that a few months back. Enjoyed it, pretty good for what it was, but Ill probably never watch it again.

Anything with Christopher Walken in it deserves at LEAST three viewings for me.

Ive said it about 3, or maybe 2. Depends on if I posted here after I saw it. If not, once right after it was over, and once right now:p

that was a fine film ..

The Rock is a pretty fun guy in the movies - he's one of those 'ya gotta like him' kind of guys (unlike Vin Deisel)
The cinematography was fantastic ... they took full advantage of the gorgeous landscapes.

Peter Berg directed it - I always liked him as an actor - he's even a better director.

(peter berg was the kid from Shocker)

Yup, they do! Thanks again!

Typical Ken Russell - very odd dream sequences! Was this the first movie Hugh Grant was in? Loved it tho!

I like The Rock, I find him very entertaining. And he was hilarious on Saturday Night Live. This is a guy that just doesn't take himself too seriously, which is a very good thing. The Rundown is a good movie, but I have still watched it way too much. I can recite dialogue along with the actors (gotta love the Tooth Fairy lines....LOL). The only other movie I can do that with is Jaws.

Last movie watched was Return to Me.

Alice in Wonderland [Disney version]

Boring, boring, boring. One of my friends is obessed with Disney, and when she found out I hadnt seen this, she lent it too me. I figured I might as well watch it...bored to death. At least it was short...

Two Towers special edition DVD. HAdnt quite realized how little i had paid attention to this before.... It was like watching a new version all over again, since i had managed to miss about 50% of the special features

ehhh, sorta. idk I watched the whole movie, and all of its action didnt even catch my attention. prolly because it was so low quality

urgeok 05-31-2005 12:32 PM

Blink - madeline stowe - aiden quinn

not a bad thriller - well written, well acted..tight direction (michael apted)

ShankS 05-31-2005 01:13 PM

Memories Of Murder - police investigate and attempt to track down a Korean serial killer. Song Kang-Ho (Sympathy for Mr Vengeance) plays one of the lead characters. Very good film based on true events around 1986. Was the best selling asian crime film during 2003, can see why....I recommend it.

R3 Korean dvd image and sound quality was superb aswell, with a dts track.

urgeok 05-31-2005 01:55 PM

black sunday - mario bava

unfortunately it was the american version.

still - beautifully shot. you dont see a lot of movies with this much attention paid to photography. black and white at it's best.

has anyone here seen an italian version ? this one looked a bit edited (laserdisc)
