South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut

Is there a greater song medley out there?

Mimic: Sentinel

Ive seen this descibed as Rear Window with giant cockroaches, which is correct. A severe asthmatic is house bound and looks over his neighbours with a telescope. He discovers that people are being taken by our old favourites the Judas Cockroaches. Its better than I thought it would be and worth watching.

Garden Of Love

Fairly run of the mill indie horror that's only saving grace was plenty of nasty splatter. The story felt like a nod in Clive Barker's direction. But I could still see the potential for the director to put out something great with their future work.

this 'steven seagal' film is the worst piece of shit excuse for an "i am legend" ripoff - ever.

to the point where they even say "we're the monsters now" wow.

top billed huge puffy fat ass seagal is seen for about 5 minutes here and there in this stitched together convoluted mess .. looking like an overstuffed leather clas sausage .. with the laughable name of 'Tao'

i think he lost his damn mind a few years ago and no longer cares who knows it.

i recommend this film to anyone who loves truely bad movies. sit back and see if you can get the stunned look off of your face. be sure to watch the 'special feature' making of .. just to witness the sheer balls of these 'filmmakers' who by all rights should be in hiding, not proudly discussing this travesty.

Yeh I was pretty disappointed with this one but still enjoyed it for its sheer shitness. Pistol Whipped wasn't to bad (the out of shape Seagal siuted the character and Lance Henrikson is always great) and I thought Shadow Man was a step in the right direction. I've been rocking thru a few of his more recent efforts and one complaint I have is that they don't have the over the top violence that really made me a fan of his early films. Above The Law, Hard To Kill, Marked For Death and Out For Justice are really classic action flicks and I'm hoping that given the chance he'll have a return to form. A lot of his later flicks are miles ahead of Van Damme's later output with the exception of Wake Of Death.

Yep its a wonderful flick. Love the slash sequences in this one. Its like a Hitchcockian tale with gore. Very underrated too.

Claudine Auger is a real dish. (for people who dont know who she is, check out 007's Thunderball - she played Domino)

It was a pioneer for the slasher genre. I love how F13 lifted the spear kill from it.

I remember it has a poster which says..."Predator meets the Descent" or something like that....[:p]! Overall, it was mediocre but decent effort. Not too bad except the ending. Give it a try if you have nothing to watch.

well, he's too god damn fat to do action anymore... he tries to hide it in these long black leather coats - between that and the blubber he can barely move.

i've been getting all of these recent straight to dvd releases at well just to see the awsomness of how badly he's willing to portray himself.

between the stupid names and the eastern mysticism .. he's a rediculous walking cliche - and obviously content to be that way.

Parasite (2006)

Abandoned oil rig being cleaned by a crew with an experimental solution, out of nowhere environmentalists take them hostage. Slowly, oh so slowly, they have to band together to fight off this huge mutated worm type thing caused by the cleaning solution. Its pretty poor, the pacing is slow and writing is stupid. At best the acting is a smidge below average and the cgi worm is exceptionally unconvincing.

Dont bother

Old Boy- Wow, that was a great movie...

100 Million Years BC---I thought it would be one of those "so bad its good" movies....turned out to be just bad. Horrible Sci-Fi channel movie with really...really bad CGI.

Started to watch "Brotherhood of Blood" with Sid Haig...its on Fearnet...but I didn't last long with that one. All the vampires had these teeth that were just too big for their mouths....its was pretty comical.

Watched both Eden Lake and The Hamiltons earlier today. I'd reccomend both.

I enjoyed both of those too. The Hamiltons is kinda Martin-lite but still stands on its own. Eden Lake was pretty bleak and those kids in it were fucking vile

Voices aka Someone behind you (2007)

http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/1749/voicesadhf.jpg http://www.upcominghorrormovies.com/...ebehindyou.jpg

At the first half the story progressed promisingly...few decent gory death scenes, surprise scares and quiet moments pretty nicely build the tensions and I was expecting to see another fine scary flick from Korea after last year's The Loner (Woetoli). But the ending turned into a mess & frustrating, cause it really could have been another great Asian Horror movie. There were some parts of the story that left unanswered and unexplained or else I failed to understand.

Harold and Maude

Fantastic movie - I went in with really high expectations, and it exceeded all of them. Hilariously funny, off-beat, touching and inspiring, with some great music from Cat Stevens and brilliant performances from both leads. Loved it.

Waking Life

Pretty cool...bit much to take in on a first viewing, but still a very good movie. I'll need to watch it again to completely understand some of the concepts, but I still enjoyed it for sure. Animation style was distracting at first, but I got used to it quick.

If you're into philosophy, this one's worth checking out for sure.
