I watched Trick or Treat last night, what a classic movie. I love Ozzy Osbournes cameo in it.

The Day After Tomorrow- 7.5/10

This is a really good movie with amazing special effects. The tornadoes are my favorite, followed by the views of the storm from the eye, then the tidal wave.

This movie also touches on some important global AND personal issues in the world today, so it's definently worth a watch. It's scary if you think about it.

Who cares about the book? It's a life threatening crisis.

It was his son, any self respecting parent would at least TRY to help their own son.

Last train to Freo

It's an ausie movie, based on a one act play, it's pretty full on, a couple of junkie criminals hasseling a few other people on a long suburban train trip on a night when the guards are on strike. It takes some good twists in the story and has some awesome acting..

POTC3:At Worlds End
Went to see it last night.
I personally liked it a lot better than the second one...although still, I think the first remains my favourite. This time around though, the stunt coreography was fucking great, the action scenes good, the musical score was very nice too...The storyline I quite liked, in terms of (not spoiling) "the song", that was cool. The plot was a little ?huh? at times, but overall not hard to follow or anything - Although seriously, I only understood about half of what Jamaican chick said throughout the film. It was funny, dark, and gaddamn strange in parts, but pretty enjoyable, and an acceptable (supposed) close to the series.
Overall, 7/10 from me.
A good film, those that have liked the series thus far, should not be let down.
Oh yeah, and Barbossa...crazy, badass, and IMO the best character in the film, I'm so glad they kept him around.

Friday the 13th Part 7: The New Blood

Ugh! This franchise is seriously hurting at this point. Really stupid story, average acting, non-special gore and a pretty stupid ending make this one of the lamest films in the franchise. The whole thing with the girl with psychic powers (which is basically the central point of the entire plot) was just really ridiculously stupid.

D

Straw Dogs

Well, this was alright. Good acting, but kinda slow paced for the first 80-90 minutes though. And it was a bit of a surprise to me that the wife failed to mention to her husband that she got double raped. It was alright, but not spectacular.

lol. yeah but all of that stuff is totally rediculously farfetched. it killed the film. no way would any library would carry a gutenberg bible (the first books ever printed)

The wolf attack was equally stupid.
