After Dark Horrorfest-The Gravedancers.
For the most part I found this to be a pretty average tale of ghostly goings on.There were the odd creepy and well executed scenes but not enough to lift this movie above mediocrity.The ending was disappointing too,relying far too much on some poor CGI which was completely out of place in relation to the rest of the movie.Overall I felt that this could have been so much more effective if the better elements of this movie had been expanded upon and the makers put some thought into the ending rather than just throwing some lazy CGI at the screen.5.5/10

I caught the last ten minutes of the first Nightmare on Elm street the other day on HBO. So, of course I had to break out the box set. Got about half way through the 4th one and fell asleep.

I thought this was a so so tale concerning a malevolent spirit.The medical school setting had the potential to be really creepy,but for the most part it wasn't.The actors were decent in the main but I felt they were let down by some poor dialogue in some scenes.Scares were thin on the ground,there was very little suspense or atmosphere and the few scenes that featured any blood letting were not really gory.4/10

During some sex last night myself and the girl I was with were watching "40 Year Old Virgin" I thought that was funny.

Good action flick with some social relevance, but it is also guilty of a rather high level of exploitation. Too bad a film about the problems in Africa has to star a couple of Americans. If you want a more authentic African flick, rent Tsotsi.

If you like westerns [ and I know you do ] you will like this movie. There is plenty of action....hell its basically a revenge/chase movie. Its not unrelenting action but IMO very well paced. Like I said....some good gore as well.

Well, I'M not a big Vaughn fan. Maybe that explains our different opinions on Old School. Even though, i didn't feel Vaughn was the reason Old School sucked. It just wasn't a very good comedy.
