I'm really bored ok? I've been up all night, because I have to be up for 9, so instead of going to sleep at a regular time, I decide to just stay up and pass out afterwards.

Anyhoo... coffee, piece of bread, more pills, and some more coffee.

Omelet and a glass of water.

Rare grilled steak in cinnamon among other spices.
Simple salad with mixed herbs and vegetarian cheese.

Plain. Nice.

Had some excellent grilled button mushrooms in butter, white wine, pepper and thyme, along with some blanched/sauteed baby spinach with nutmeg, a little salt, and pepper the night before.

I've just had a Scots Dinner, very similar to a Scots Breakfast with a cigarette, cough, and a coffee, rather than a cigarette and just a cough.

I'm just worried about how long I had kept in in the fridge... I didn't think about it untill after I had eaten...

Tuna is seafood. He said he was a....don't remember the word but the ones who eat veggies and seafood. Remember you did the little rant about how it's just a preference and they should shut up ect.

What the hell is egg nog? Is it really an egg drink?

Well, I'm an east anglian lad and I must say I am dissapointed.

Wikipedia says:
