Cool movie! Any movie that gives the ol' fog machine this much of a work out is OK by me:p. Add in a cool plot and Christopher Lee and you just cant go wrong.

Thanks for the recomendation Crabapple!

Yeah, that's a fun one. Creepy as hell.

MoH - Chocolate

Interesting concept, I think one hour is a little short for what they were really trying to accomplish. Not bad though.

Mulva: Zombie Asskicker

dont know if i loved it or hated it

the characters were absolutely annoying as hell, especiallyh the main one, but there were definetly some funny parts. theres a dude whos face is painted black throughout the entire movie who calls himself "bill cosby" and talks all ghetto, which is rather amusing.

Running with Scissors. :)
I enjoyed this a lot; reminded me of the atmosphere one might get while watching such dyfunctional epics as Magnolia.

I finally got around to watching The Devils Rejects. Its a great, great piece of horror, and seeing one of my all time favourite acors, Ken Foree in a badass role was awesome. Its a truly brutal movie, and I hope Rob Zombie comes up with some more horror.

The Big Trail (1930)

Breck Coleman (John Wayne) leads a wagon train of pioneers through Indian attack, storms, deserts, swollen rivers, down cliffs and so on while looking for the murder of a trapper and falling in love with Ruth.

For it's time , this was a true film epic and even now it still holds up pretty well. The only thing I find strange about this movie is seeing this young skinny 20 year old kid walking around and hearing John Wayne's voice coming out of his mouth. I guess we were all young once.

Now lets jump ahead 31 years to my next movie of the day:

The Comancheros (1961)
Texas Ranger Jake Cutter (John Wayne) arrests gambler Paul Regret, but soon finds himself teamed with his prisoner in an undercover effort to defeat a band of renegade arms merchants and thieves known as Comancheros

Very entertaining fun western adventure. Good cast lots of action.

I wish I could go back in time and see it for the first time again. And to think at this point, Bruce Willis was just that smart-ass from Moonlighting. He really made the Stalone/Arnold mold of action star look hopelessly outdated overnight.

Grave of the Fireflies

Still amazing, a truly great animated film.

How do the sequels stack up? They're dirt cheap and I'll definatly be grabbing them soon...any good?

When I first saw it, I didn't know it was possible for an animated movie to be so moving.

Inland Empire (2006)

Good, but not spectacular. Lynch, through digital device, has created some of his most surreal imagery yet. It's certainly thought-provoking and intricately confusing, but I can't help feeling like it may be a little too much so.

I will say that it utterly disturbed me, more than any film has done in quite awhile.

And by the way, I didn't meet David Lynch :( . My friend's dad thought he had the Saturday showing (w/ Lynch's appearance) but, alas, he had gotten Friday tickets. Still a fun experience, though.

Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Decided since I just rewatched the first two, I might as well finish the trilogy.
