SPRING SESSION M-Missing Persons (1982).

LIVE AT HULL-The Who. Recorded the night after the LIVE AT LEEDS gig and not quite as hoary but certainly good enough. Live Who from about 1969-73 was about as rocking as you could get.

Spinning some Alice Cooper Group albums...starting with LOVE IT TO DEATH (1971), KILLER (1971-favorite album of ALL TIME), SCHOOL'S OUT (1972 playing now) and close with the 1973 two punch of BILLION DOLLAR BABIES and the sadly overlooked MUSCLE OF LOVE.
Just loved these albums when I was 13-14 and still do at 52::smile::.

Nice, Muscle of Love is criminally underrated. Welcome to my Nightmare will always be my favourite Alice album, I can remember being obsessed with that album cover as a wee lad.

Lately been listening to a lot of:
-Nothing for Juice, the Mountain Goats
And
-Carry on the Grudge, by Jamie T

FryeDwight 11-01-2014 01:35 AM

A couple of BEST OFs" Humble Pie wrapping up with 38 Special on deck.

Arcade Fire - Funeral

Interpol - Turn on the Bright Lights

MOB RULES-Black Sabbath (1981). The last REALLY good album they made, although 13 certainly was better than one would have thought.

9/10

Probably gonna be my favorite album of 2015.

Amazing production, great power metal tracks and amazing vocal performances from Noora Louhimo who I actually wasn't that impressed about on the former album after taking over the microphone from Nitte "Valo" Vänskä, who is my personal absolute favorite female vocalist together with Kimberly Goss (Sinergy).

Old school NWOBHM fans, check this album out. ::smile::
