I went crazy and pigged out yesterday. I've lost a LOT of weight this year, so I can actually be HAPPY about letting go and eating everything in sight. I do it now about once a month. I figure it's good for body morale....like shore leave.
Baked chicken
Cheeseburger
8 fun size pieces of strawberry laffy taffy
ranch beans
french fries
strawberry sunday from McDonalds
Ghirardelli's chocolate caramel squares (3)
lemonade and sweet iced tea
It was almost as much fun writing it down as it was eating it....almost:cool:

I am having some peanut butter taffy now, the kind that comes in the black and orange Halloween wrappers.

I just got done eating Chinese food. I had General Tso's Chicken with White rice, an egg roll, and Wonton Soup.
