Simmered some chicken in some szechuan pepper, sesame oil, water, tumeric, dark soy, star anise, and a soft merlot.
Had that with some soft sesame seed bread rolls, sliced chilli, carrot jardiniere , finely sliced iceberg lettuce and brown onion, spring onion, corriander leaf, chopped chilli, and tomato. This was, not bad. |

Leftover Subway. If you put it in the fridge in the paper wrapping but not the plastic, it's really good. If you leave it in the plastic, the condensation turns it to mush. It's a sad thing to go for your leftover Subway and then not be able to eat it because it's too soggy.:(
