Been a while since I've been in here.
Lately, I've been eating a lot from this asian bakery that opened up in my town, owned by a medium sized (but actually pretty good) asian takeaway franchise type dealy...Cool cakes and stuff available, but their savoury pastry type things (the majority of what they have assorted types of) are the best. Cheap as all hell too. Uh...lesee, earlier I had a thai tom yum goong soup, some tea...and a chicken/duck bbq combination from this great bbq kitchen here, served with steamed rice, salted shallot and a little bok choy in oyster sauce. |
It's so horrible every time he posts, folks. Makes me want to go to the store or down to the local yummy restaurant.

Pondering tommorow. I wanna buy some fresh fruit and salmon if I can....grilled salmon on a bed of watermelon, lemonjuice, butter, dill, garlic and cracked pepper, topped in avocado and sumac...maybe try hook up some turkish bread to serve alongside... |
Okay, poo-nuts! You asked for it. I got some hummus and falafel at the restaurant down the street. It GOOD! Has salad and rice, olives and Mediterranean pickles and chopped onion, all of this is sort of artfully arranged in a container, you eat with pita bread. Sumptuous. It GOOD!

What I've always called macaroni surprise . . . sea shell pasta cooked, drained and cooled under cold water mixed with mayonaise, onion salt and peper.
