Walking Dead.
Ok, if not slightly uneventful action heavy episode.
Glad there's not much comic ground left to cover...I don't know about everyone else but the shows really, for me, been losing steam ever since the Negan/Rick leaving thing. I kind of feel like for the sake of the show, they ought to give it a completely original ending/last season.

They also damn near jacked the 28 days later musical score in this one...

Been watching through "Broad City" after catching an episode on late night TV.
Usually can't stand most female fronted comedy...this one is not bad.
One of the main chicks is Tiabini from Disenchantment too.

Court TV - Harvey Weinstein Trial or The Monster (according to some) Goes to Jail

I think everyone knew Harvey wasn't going to walk. They were going to convict him on something. But for me I'm also curious about the percentage of women that went along with Harvey's method. He wasn't doing the whole massage thing in the hotel because it wasn't successful. And I heard his female lawyer say these hotel "business" meetings weren't happening during normal 9 to 5 work hours.

I posted this on Horrordvds when people were talking about the Bryant situation but this is what rape was to me growing up.

However apparently now, rape is just saying no at any point in any situation. So an afternoon meeting at a bar with drinks and deciding to go up to a hotel room to continue the "meeting" can turn into rape.

I added it to my watch list. It definitely looks interesting! And, I love Richard E. Grant!

Last night watched Britain's Best Home Cook and Marple

I have that in the queue, any good?

I flipped back and forth between The Walking Dead and Worst Cooks in America last night.

Court TV -

A guy goes on a date via a dating app and the date is basically casing his house to be robbed later. The guy ends up getting murdered. According to lawyers on TV apparently stuff like this is fairly common with Internet dating sites.

I'll wait until it's finished. The last show I think on that network I watched which was a mystery type show was cancelled and ended on a cliffhanger. The show wasn't that good but still I hate show cancellations that end on a cliffhanger that will never be resolved.

Me too.
Loving the show...would be nice if maybe ONE of the existing side characters could be brought back as anything other than to die for the cause of the plot...makes it feel a little shallow...I was almost expecting a bomb to drop on the Rikers house.
Great show, but yeah...bit too much pointless fodder.

I watched an episode of "Broad City" where the girls took acid and things got weird.

Harvey Weinstein gets 23 years. Close to the maximum and another example sentencing like OJ. I expect Weinstein won't last that long in prison and might just pass away in half that time considering his health issues plus other trials coming up.

Weinstein's lawyer comments:

Love is Blind (Netflix) -- well made cinema verite series. Some 20-30 year olds date in small rooms were they cant see each other. Six get engaged sight-unseen. They meet, spend time together, meet the parents, go to the altar.

Dating Around (Netflix) -- each ep in NY someone goes on four blind dates. The first one is particularly well shot and put together, with some very interesting ladies. The other eps mix-up the dates too much. They get a mix of people, including an over-60-year-old ep.

Watched ep1 of The Crown. It's quite good. Well written and the actors are emoting lots of character.
