She is sweet, cute, cuddly, adorable and feels like very, very soft cotton to the touch! My god, she is so soft! :eek:

And she smiles in her sleep! Small dimples light up her cheeks!

And the first moment I picked her up in my arms...gee I don't have words to describe it...all I can say is, I was overwhelmed with a TON of emotions which nearly drowned my heart...

Pics will have to wait, guys. Have quickly run home to get some warm stuff for the baby and Anya, and dashing back to the hospital again. Going to spend the night there with my family.

She's quite well. On Sunday she was in a bit of pain (considering the surgery), but she's recovering nicely. They will get discharged from the hospital on Thursday/Friday, depending on her recovery.

Her stitches got removed yesterday and she and the little fairy had their first bath in 10 days (she and the baby were getting sponged). Doc said she's improved a lot, in fact faster than some other patients.

We have decided to name her Isha. It means desire, wish.

Her name-giving ceremony was completed amidst extensive rites, prayers and celebrations yesterday. She has been christened as Abhilasha Acharya. We all will call her Isha at home, as decided before.

Ah, just stating my opinion. To me, it seems that love for a baby is only a feeling embedded deep into humans and is an involuntary one. This would make me feel like a slave of myself, therefore I prefer to pursue the more practical side of arguments.
