National Lampoon's European Vacation

I thought it was pretty funny. I heard a lot of bad rep about the movie. I'll admit it wasn't great, but definitly had it's laughs.

"I'd like to have a Coca-Cola."

"would you like that in the can?"

"No, I think I'll just have it here."

haha, I saw Abbot and Costello meet the wolf man, or some thing like that. Their great.

alkytrio666 01-16-2006 06:25 PM

Abbott and Costello are easily the best comedy team (the next closest would be Bob Hope and Bing Crosby). I have Vol. 1, 2, and 3, which means 24 Abbott and Costello movies.

Ahhhhhh, bliss...

Damn...My son can't get ENOUGH of those...He watches them over and over again...He does the same thing with the 'Ernest' movies, only not as often as the National Lampoons

The Cave

This was a subterrainian Alien knock off minus the gore and good acting. All in all, I found it pretty boring (It put me to sleep twice before I got all the way through it.) It wasn't the worst movie I've ever seen, but I wouldn't call it a good one either.

Rounders

Alot better than I thought it would be, wasn't expecting it to be bad just thought it'd be a easy going, fun poker moive. Turned out to be serious and well acted(Ed Norton,Matt Damon and John Malkovic so whatta ya expect). I usually don't make the prediction that someone may or may not like a film based on it's theme or likeness to another film but in this particular case(although you can never be sure) I think it's safe to say if you're not into poker it might bore ya a bit.

Yeah Rounders is awesome.

I wouldn't say you'd have to like poker to like it though. Like you said, it's really well acted and it's not only about poker. To me, that's kinda like not recommending Kingpin because someone doesn't like bowling or Rudy because someone doesn't like football. Although I do like poker, so my view could be slanted.

Malcovik does a great accent too ..

A Tale Of Two Sisters

its like the korean version of Mulholland Drive

The Man

A very funny, underestimated comedy caper. I was having a bad day yesterday, and it made me feel a helluva lot better. Though, I'll admit that if Samuel L. Jackson or Eugene Levy weren't in the movie, it wouldn't have worked. Definitly worth a watch!

4 out of 5 stars

Freaky Friday.
For a "family" comedy, it was quite decent. Funnier than expected.
